We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting the time and preparation involved in organizing our tours. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our guides, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour will incur a 10€ administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the tour starts, or in case of a no-show, will incur a 35€ late cancellation fee per person. This policy reflects the time, effort, and resources already committed to your experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
